Knobs for cylinder head bolts

Various knobs for cylinder head bolts with M3/M4/M6 or M8 thread. A distinction is made between two types:

• Simple knob attachments (standard) for cylinder head screws. These have a matching counterpart to the hexagonal profile of the screws, can be simply glued in place.
• Threaded knob attachments (thread) Here, the screws are screwed tightly into the knob and glued in the thread. The connection is thus particularly strong and the knobs are suitable for connections that must be screwed very tightly, such as a camera on the camera mount. When using these rotary knobs, it must only be noted that the effectively usable screw length is reduced by 5 mm by the rotary knob.

All components were printed with 30% - 40% infill density and without supports. The models are oriented so that this is not necessary. There was no brim adhesion layer used in the prints.

Simple rotary knob attachments

For light to medium duty. For permanent fixation of the knobs, use seconds or another adhesive.
